1.Copy WebApi to Client HQ machine, modify appsettings.json if neccesary, run WebApi.exe from cmd, install any .net runtimes if tehy are missing.
Open Port 5001 from windows defender firewall 
2. Copy SyncClient to Client Store machine, modify appsettings.json making sure that "SyncWebApiEndpoint": is pointing to Client HQ ip, run SyncClient.exe from cmd install any .net runtimes if they are missing.

For checking the sync there is a log file in c:/temp/ on the Client Store machine
