Bug:	
	When saving and certifying DDTs, B2CGrossUnitValueVatExcluded appears as null  

Symptoms:
	In BO form Outgoing Documents when creating DDTs, shows error
	
Cause:
	When creating DDTs containing products without GrossUnitValueVatExcluded

Solution:
	Changed the DeliveryDocumentsViewProducts_1_10_30 procedure so that when a B2CGrossUnitValueVatExcluded appears as null, set it to 0
	In the HQ database run the script [dbo].[DeliveryDocumentsViewProducts_1_10_30] to apply the fix 
	Wait for the stores to execute the sync (at least 1h).
