BUG:
	Sync In Download Contact => Could not download contact

SYMPTOMS:
	Contacts created on other stores could not be downloaded from HQ.

CAUSE:
	SyncInContactClusterDetails procedure fix was lost on last update.

SOLUTION:
	Modify the procedure of SyncInContactClusterDetails to create a new temporary table instead of SELECT TOP 0 INTO ...
